Return Policy
We happily accepts product returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date of purchase. The returned or exchanged product must be unused and returned in the original manufacturer packaging with the original product hang tags attached. All returns (but not exchanges) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. For your protection, we recommend you insure your return/exchange package when sent to ColdSteelKnivesDirect.com. All product returned or exchanged will be inspected upon its arrival to us. Your original form of payment will be credited for the appropriate amount following a satisfactory inspection. The amount credited to the buyer will be as follows: your total cost - shipping cost - restocking fee (some, but not all returns will incurr a resocking fee).
The Process
To return a product, please email us or call 866-478-8271 for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. In the case of a defective product, we will generally pay for return shipping charges. In short, our liberal return policy gives you 30 days from the date of purchase to return any product, provided it's new, unused and complete as received.
Special Considerations
Shipping Damage - If you receive merchandise that is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
Fulfillment Errors - If we make an error in fulfilling your order, we will pay for the shipping to return that product and immediately ship you the correct product.
